2. House Preparation

Putting in some work may be necessary to get top dollar for your home. This could be as minimal as a quick cleaning and touch up paint, or depending on your goals, could include renovations and remodeling.

I'm here to help you decide what projects make the most sense. I have a long list of contractors that can help with any repairs or updates that are needed.

If you will not be living in your home while it is for sale, I highly recommend staging the property. An empty home feels, well, empty. It's proven that homes that are not staged, sell slower and for less. Homes that sit empty without staging do not photograph well.  I highly recommend bringing in furniture and accessories to help buyers visualize living in the home.
